Refund policy

At Kaur Collection, we take pride in the quality of our products. As a result, we do not accept returns, and all sales are considered final. Please carefully review your order before completing the purchase to ensure it meets your expectations.

No Returns or Exchanges:

Regrettably, we do not entertain returns or exchanges. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of our products and provide a consistent shopping experience for all our customers.

Damage Product Return: 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

Damaged or Defective Items:

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work diligently to address the issue and find a suitable resolution.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. Please double-check your order before confirming the purchase.

Refunds:

Refunds are not provided for any reason, including but not limited to buyer's remorse, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the product.
